More Hip Hop with Fabiane

We absolutely love our hip hop sessions with Fabiane.

We love the music and the dances.

It is such fun and such good exercise.

We had fun playing hurling outside today.

We would all love to do the Liam Mellows GAA Easter camp this year!

We really enjoyed our 10 minutes of exercise at 10am this morning.

We will try to do this every day!

We are really enjoying our Hip Hop sessions with Fabiane.

We were especially good at dancing today!

We had our hurling class with Mark outside today.

We are getting really good at all the drills.

We are loving our GAA classes with Mark and James.

Games at PE

We enjoyed games of dice walking/running

and crab beanbag relays
before we did lots of skills practice with small balls.

Hurling classes

Mark and James have come to teach us hurling skills every Tuesday.

We had such a fun class with them.  We learned how to run with our hurls and how to hold our hurls properly.  We look forward to having hurling classes every week.
We might even join the local hurling club!

Parachute games

After a very enjoyable of caterpillar crawling 

and then a racquet and beanbag race 

we played some amazing games with the parachute that required lots of teamwork and concentration.

 We made wheels that turned in different directions and we made a tent... 

 ..we made mushrooms and we bounced balls on the parachute. 

It is so great when we all work together.

Keeping Active

We are using (and loving!) GoNoodle - a fun and free website that helps get the wiggles out.

GoNoodle.com has hundreds of movement games and videos that get kids dancing, running, jumping, stretching, deep breathing, and more.  After the kids take a quick activity break with GoNoodle, they're able to really focus on learning.
